Deutsche Bank has appointed Vikas Arora as head of corporate bank and relationship and transaction management for Malaysia. He has relocated from Dubai to Kuala Lumpur to take on the combined role.
Arora has been with the bank for almost 30 years. Previously, he was head of RTM Arora for the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
Since joining as a management trainee in Bangalore, he has held various roles with the bank, including chief country officer and head of corporate bank for Sri Lanka.
He has leadership experience across corporate bank product management, sales, and cash operations in India, Thailand, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and the UAE.
Arora reports functionally to Runi Irnandari and locally to Dato Yusof.
